Kristi Darby, owner of Pigment Pie, has been professionally painting faces since 2001. In 2009, she went to Orlando and participated in her first national competition, and took home the 1st place trophy for face painting, and 5th place for body painting. She has since received numerous accolades and awards for both. Kristi travels all over the country and internationally to paint for exclusive clients, and she has also had a book published featuring her unique designs. Her talents are mainly focused here in Kansas City by magically transforming people one face at a time. She has been happily painting for the Kansas City Irish Festival since 2007, and looks forward to it every year.
