Because we are nearing the time for Kansas City Irish Fest 2012, I have decided to start dual-daily posts. The first will remain a bit of the Irish for us all. The second will be news on how Irish Fest 2012 is developing!
I know I have mentioned it before, but I would like to start in talking about the Kids' Area theme: the Potato. This crop has historically been and currently is an important part of Ireland. We will be seeking many ways to incorporate this theme into the Kids' Area this year!
