Irish Trivia
Although St. Patrick was known for his emphasis on education, introducing the Roman alphabet and Latin literature into Ireland and turning the Irish monasteries into leading intellectual centers, he himself was rather uneducated, and legends persist about his insecurity about his writing abilities.
